I know a lot of people subscribe to that theory, but for every fund that's selling there's usually a similar number buying. When IBD shows their list of stocks being sold by funds, very few end up with notable numbers of net sellers. The other funds that are buying usually balance it out. Who else can afford those quantities of stock? knc
