Peter, I posted a message you may want to read a thread I named BINX. I am an Orthoapedist who uses this product a lot right now.. it is absolutely incredible. It limits the time in the OR, allowingme to do more cases, it eliminates the need for additional incisions which is goof for the patient and their recovery and it is so easy to use that orthopaedist who could not repair mensical cartilage using other techniques can easily use th arrow. With regards to the analysts recommendations, I don't give them much weight, BECAUSE... we have ouir major meeting every Feb. It was a that meeting that everyone truly became introduced to the product and the current level of interest amongst orthoapedists was sparked. I work in a major orthopaedic center in Manhattan and we didn't even begin using their product until MARCH. The same hold true for a number of institutions (hospital). I believe that the analysts based their decisions on past growth, which is tremendously underestimated, Bionix Arrow use is only just beggining as more of us try and continue to use this amaxing little product. What'ya think? HJL
