No, means we are primed for a Sox bounce or rally. Bottom? Not in my eyes.

FWIW, I don't think you should be married to 2078 for your scenario to play out. It seems your scenario is dependent upon this rally being sold at the Fed. meeting no matter what exactly the level. At this point, it seems they are creating a rally to sell here next week.
