What I said to you was 100% from the bottom of my heart truth.

Then I apologize for any implication that your distortion of what I said was deliberate. As I said being misquoted or having my ideas misrepresented is a pet peeve of mine. I should have given you the benefit of the doubt rather then assuming the misrepresentation was deliberate.

I remembered the implication that was INTENDED from your post. I did not remember your exact words. You either chose the words you chose in order to imply a particular meaning or you did not.

Solon, Its not just a matter of getting the exact words wrong. You got the meaning wrong as well. The words you use to not have the meaning of the words I used. The exact words I used where "I haven't heard anything about it being illegal in most countries in Africa."

Then you said "I see that you have now made the ridiculous pronouncement (again, in opposition to the web sites I made available to you, and again, without one shred of supportive evidence) that the African countries are mostly legalized! "

Both statements above are exact quotes. Can you not see the difference between "I haven't heard that X is illegal", and the statement "X is legal". They have very different meanings.

I am quite a bit older than you are, and I know that you CHOSE your words to suggest SOMETHING,<>

I normally don't chose words to suggest something, I come right out and say it rather then hinting at it. My intended meaning was directly what the words say, that I did not know the legal status of abortion in Africa, that "I haven't heard anything about it being illegal in Africa". You are looking for meanings within meanings in my comments when I am being direct.
