Denver- From what I recall, it was a brokerage that mentioned a, "concern about NT disposing of Arris shares(post ANTC-Arris meger)." It didn't come directly out of NT. IMO, what you believe is accurate. NT's PR is a non-event just reiterating what they had planned to do months ago. But I'm only guessing. It would make little sense for NT to sell their substantial amount of shares on the open market. Even if they were planning to, they wouldn't announce it to the world as that would make their investment lose to much value. Like you said, it's probably just a non-event that was taken out of context. I hope so. -MikeM(From Florida)
