Howdy Jim. Ever since JNPR warned which was then followed by NT and JDSU, these rallies have become much smaller in % and much harder to come by. Not enough legs. I was trying to figure out which tech companies have said they have seen improvement in sales/bookings and could only come up with a few. Of course, at some point these stocks are going to look so cheap that patient value buyers should be able to spark a nice-size rally. The question is when.

Anyway, I am waiting for a shift in sentiment before getting in.
