Mexico Pegaso seen in talks with Spain Telefonica

If Telefonica managed to combine its 1.1 million clients in
northern Mexico with Pegaso's 710,000 customers, it would
immediately vie for the No. 2 spot among mobile phone
providers in Mexico, neck and neck with Iusacell,
which has some 1.8 million users.
