DJ Delta Air Files To Sell 4M Priceline.com Shares >PCLN

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Delta Air Lines Inc. (DAL) filed to sell 4 million
common shares of Priceline.com Inc. (PCLN), according to a Form 144 released
Friday by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Delta listed "as soon as practicable" as the approximate date of sale for
the shares, which it valued at $32.3 million.
The filing listed Goldman Sachs & Co. as the broker for the sale.
In a Schedule 13D filed June 13, Delta reported beneficial ownership of 27.2
million common shares of Priceline.com, an 11.895% stake.
Priceline.com stock traded recently at $7.96, up 52 cents, or 7%.
A Form 144 allows for the sale of restricted stock, but it isn't a
commitment to sell.
