LG, Thanks for the NTAP chart. It will be one of the many beaten up stocks that get dumped from mutual fund porfolios and probably end up bouncing in the coming 2 to 4 weeks.
I would expect significant gains in stocks that are disliked by the mutual fund holders.

I am hoping the selling by funds is over on this one and it bounces. JDSU, GLW, NT, KOPN...type of names...all beaten up names.

If the Nasdaq short interest has increased in the same types of names, it won't take much to get big bounces in such stocks. Some have already started moving up in big percentage moves.
I am just wondering if there are still some big sellers left ahead of June 30.

I have a penny stock in my radar screen for the first time.
EXDS is supposed to have been held by Janus funds (millions of shares)....I bet they don't want it on the books for the semi-annual reports.
Looking for a 100% bounce but have not bought in yet.
However, have been buying the other beaten up names in the optical/communication/wireless sectors.

BTW--at some point in the next 5 days, we may be at the definative inflection point where the bargain hunters outnumber the dumpers who are worried about what their holdings look like at month end. I hope that inflection point is still sometime next week but I get the sense that maybe it was a couple of days ago, given what the jdsu types having been doing.
