The Republican controlled congress did a good job of managing the budget. Clinton was/is just a good ole' boy puppet for the leftist. He proved he only knows how to manage one kind of "job" and he even blew that. As for President Bush's zero-tolerance laws for minors in possession of alcohol. I whole heartily agree. It is a good law and should be upheld. Too many minors are killed, especially around this time of year, because they get away with purchasing and abusing alcohol. I do believe that the drinking age should be lowered to 18, and that everyone should be educated about alcohol and it's affects. I would approve that part of the thousands of dollars a year that I pay in taxes be used to educate young adults leaving high school, but there isn't any left over after they are given lessons on how to use a condom. M
