NextWave: -----

Pending favorable resolution:

* AWE and Cingular will be shorter of spectrum...

* As will Verizon, which will complicate Vodafone's (already improbable) wCDMA dreams...

* Analysts seem to think, contrary to NextWave's statements, that NextWave will sell the licenses if they get them back.

I think the analysts are all wet.

* NextWave may have 16B in spectrum for 4B, and likely a resurrected commitment for full vendor financing from Q... (for additional consideration)...

Sound like a reasonable credit risk? <g>

Q will unfold a "no holds barred", 1xevdo, all-you-can-eat, data-centric showcase to Australia next year...

Would Q like to do the same with NextWave in the US? <g>

Pending resolution - 1xevdo in the US by - say - May 02?

That would shake things up at Sprint and Verizon.
