Will CNXT warn? Bear Stearns semiconductor analyst Charles Boucher isolated four companies that he felt were likely candidates to warn. He lowered his estimates for Conexant Systems (CNXT: news, msgs, alerts) , Linear Technology (LLTC: news, msgs, alerts) , LSI Logic (LSI: news, msgs, alerts) and PMC-Sierra (PMCS: news, msgs, alerts) , telling clients that the companies are at risk of issuing warnings for the June quarter "or likely to lower guidance substantially for the September quarter."
