Thank you for answering my questions. Jenna is again claiming over on IHUB that there is no lawsuit. Someone is lying but at this point I don't really care who turns out to be the liar. I believe you acted in good faith with no intentional lies and that is good enough for me. By the way, IMO, you should continue to leave the fourth wall blank as the chapter has only just started. But then, that is just my little ole' opinion and ain't worth a plug nickel ;-) Care to share your plan?
