8TH & 9TH Law Firms join "Class Action" lawsuit...

100 bottles of beer on the wall
100 bottles of beer...
Take one down, pass it around...

Is there some legal rule of professional etiquette, that only two law firms can join a class action per day.<g> Perhaps we should start a "How Many Law Firms will Sue INSP" competition. The winner gets everyone else's useless stock certificates, and holds a massive "origami/paper-cutting and stock certificate-burning bonfire" party in Hawaii...or somewhere.

So, it is my understanding there are in fact TWO different currently filed lawsuits against INSP at this time.
1. "Shareholders Derivative Lawsuit" filed on 4/3/01
2. "Class Action Lawsuit" first filed on 6/19/01,
which is the one that all the these law firms from all over the entire country are joining on a daily basis.

I placed a phone call to the only local Seattle law firm (Hagens Berman) to file regarding the "Class Action" so far... filing on the first day of 6/19/01. Their contacts in their Press Release are: Steve Berman or Karl Barth (Phone: 206-623-7292 or 888-381-2889; Email: Karl@Hagens-Berman.com). I was put through to a voice mail, as apparently they're a little overwhelmed with responses.

Just curious, and wanted to find out the more details about what it all means to "join" such a lawsuit as a shareholder...legal costs (if any) involved for shareholders, how the "lead plaintiff" is selected, whether previously held GNET shares held through the "merger" apply to the "Class" period (January 26, 2000-January 30, 2001), etc...I'll report back when I hear anything from them.

Well nothing heard from any Walla Walla lawyers yet,
but we did get a law firm from Pennsylvania today:
