tim, does this suit really make sense? Will anything good come out of it? Perhaps you two should try to mediate a resolution to this personal problem with the help of an unbiased person. I had a situation with another poster who's name I promised not to mention. matt at ihub conference called us and after a heated debate we just plain agreed to leave each other alone and not mention the others name for 30 days on any board. By then we should be cooled off. I think I have two more weeks to go. It's not like you guys have to communicate with each other. Mind you, I haven't read either of your posts to each other so I don't know what's up. I just think this lawsuit will make you even more upset. I know I hate lawsuits. I've got a bunch of cyber stalks after me all the time but I still hate lawsuits more than all the nasty little words they throw at me and behind my back. I just would hate to see matters made worse.
