Rosemary & 3 & Sig:

I agree with Rosemary on this issue. ÿ I don't own a laptop and
at $3,500 there was no way that I nor my startup company was going to
purchase one. ÿ Then, last week, I read that laptops (or
notebooks) would be priced at $1,000. ÿ I started looking for $1,000.

If this trend continues, can we visualize that people (or families)
will own as many computers in there house as they have had TV's in the
past. ÿ Okay, I know my "household" does not qualify as the
the typical American family, but just think about it. ÿ Mom&Dad
will have a computer, and son will have a computer, and daughter
will have a computer. ÿ Does this make sense to anyone else
besides me?

Any thoughts?

David
