in my mail was my confirmation. i use a deep discount broker. but, it ain't cheap for bonds. also this bond u can't find anywhere.
also he told me it didn't trade flat, but led me to believe there was very little interest. well, the bonds were 11, the commission was 3 1/2 % and the interest was almost 40%. my cost isn't 11 but 15.575.

Hmm. This does not sound like deep discount broker.

I got some in Europe, and paid a price in the low single digits. The commission was about 0.5% of the purchase price, not the notional. They trade without accrued interest now.
