Kushi, On the contrary, I think we are getting a bit of Nixon's old benign neglect. As long as the economy picks up sometime before election day 2002( ideally for them would be the april/may time frame), the Bushies will not panic. Their goal is to build the macro infrastructure for the next advance. Whether they are successful or not, i do not know, but they certainly seem willing to take the short term hit here. Mike
