I've heard of jalapano ice cream before.

Doesn't really strike my fancy though. As far as the corn on the cob, since childhood I have only used butter and salt on it, and frequently just shuking it down in the garden and eating it raw. Then my wife convinced me to put mayo on it instead of butter and salt(which she grew up doing along with cheese and hot sauce). It was great. Aside from eating it raw from the stock this is the next best thing. Especially for us weak gringos!!~!

Yep, Corn on the con draped in mayo and sprinkled with fresh grated prameson
