Coltongang. Experience has shown that whenever a service is provided for free then the users of that service will overconsume it to the point where they exhaust it. Now this hhhospital that is closing is an aged and inefficient facility. I wasttefully uses huge amounts of energy and the cost to maintain is was growing every year. It's time had come and now it is gone. The other hospitals will take up the slack along with local clinics. Feeding poor is like feeding pigeons, soon you will be feeding a huge flock and they will get so dependent on your food that they lose the ability to fend for themselves. Poor are made by systems like our that pay you if you are poor. Well since there is pay a line soon forms and taks all the money. Bill
