Who are are LHS's real world competitors?

Alex, thanx so much for contributing.

Can you think of any "hungry" competitors in this market that may not have a better product, but a least a functional, reasonably priced, and well supported offering. I would especially love a product that is more open for end user customization, even if it involves hiring a full time staff programmer. I guess if you ran the show, and could do it all over again, who's software and support would YOU turn to?
