Volume has dropped to nothing...

Sellers have pretty much dried up completely so it will
have to rise in price to get any more stock to pop loose.

What is the downside at this point???

The people who make money in markets buy
when everyone else has lost interest
and sell when the masses are buying.

There is "accumulation" phases and "distribution" phases...

This stock is pretty much accumulated at this point..

That is when a stock will rise in price.

If you could get some at 4 cents and sell 1/2 at 8 you would
have free stock.

I doubt you will get stock at 4 cents however :-)

Like I said it is pretty much accumulated as far as I can see.
