Love that anti dilution clause in the filings.
This is a good trick too:
From filings, news, and website.
"As of May 4, 2001, there were 443,828,053 shares of common stock outstanding."
1:200 reverse and according to news etc " The Company will have approximately 4,063,000 outstanding common shares as of today, fully diluted with all outstanding warrants, preferred stock and options taken into consideration."

Okay close enough, I can divide by 200.
But someone please explain to me, 500,000,000 is/was total authorized .........yes, no?
4,063,000 x 200 = 812,000,000
What am I missing here?
Gee only 6 amended filings in the last year or so?...maybe I not the only one confused.
