Thanks for the info on Dr. Bauer. A real confidence-builder post, and I needed it. In fact, we need one another at this stage. I feel we have been badly treated by Mr. Neild and company. Not the first time that assets have been sold out from under stockholders. I seem to recall that Mr. Neild responded to the rumor about the sale of PIC by saying that the forthcoming annoucement would have nothing to do with PIC. Well, I guess the rumor was closer to the truth than Mr. Neild wanted to admit. NASDAQ quiet period was a convenient smokescreen to throw investors off the track of what was happening with the company, in my opinion. It is very difficult to judge what the real intentions of Mr. Neild are in regard to his stockholders. Perhaps we will do better with Mr. Bauer, I don't know. As an EDVC shareholder, I have some questions regarding the distribution and the issuance of shares in Mr. Neild's new company, ITCO. Specifically, how will these shares which are restricted for one year be handled? Will INCE go ahead and distribute all 5 mil. shares at some point? Otherwise, voting shares will not be in the hands of stockholders after the year is up. Also, what is the effective date of ownership for INCE holders to gain the restricted stock?
