I live in Birmingham and was aware of the original contract with the state of Alabama referred to in this article. This should let everyone know that the educational sector of ACTV is not dead. Early in the article it mentions that "ACTV can pocket $2 million as a consultant. VERY INTERESTING READING. I also have the 1999 article from the Birmingham News when the original contract was awarded.. al.com
