Well, of course there are ups and downs, but the fact that I was talking about was that all the other companies have eased the pain for employees by lowering strike prices or trading in underwater options for new ones with lower strikes. That means that Cisco employees got the shaft relative to their peers at other companies. That interests me greatly as a shareholder, because now I wonder if those employees are smart enough to realize that they've been had. If they are, then what will they do about it? If the good ones leave, that will denude the company of the brains it needs to succeed long term, which will affect my investment. So I watch things like this very closely.
