There has been mention of why doesn't FSII buy someone on this thread. Reference the following exchange2000.com. If Submicron is selling Systems Chemistry, it would be a perfect match for FSII's Chem Management Division. There aren't a lot of other logical buyers. Perhaps this is why FSII hasn't tanked more on the prospects of lower earnings. Smart money says they make this acquisition and lock up 70 percent of the wet chemistry distribution business.
