Hispanics will not back Bush again. He fooled them once, never again. He plays the benevolent rich white cowboy and goes to Mexico saying nice things. But the reality is that their lives will be negatively impacted as a whole by his policies primarily energy costs, health care and education cuts. Hispanics as a whole need a healthy economy and government help. They will get much less over these four years than they had before.
