Hi mr mark and all,

I just bought a PC at an auction for a busted company. The PC has Windows 2000 Pro installed and seems to boot fine except it wants a login and password.

The company that auctioned it has sold as is and where is and will not help. The bankrupt company has vanished so no help there. I don't care about the previous owners files but of course, would like to keep the WIn2k install.

I need to put my own login and password on this PC to preserve the install as far as I can see.

Any ideas would be appreciated.DS
