As the market lacks impulse, many self made prophets and charlatans do appear;

But if you ask me it left one question unaswered. Does Alan Greenspan lower (hike) rates more likely on a sunny (rainy) day? There might be some auto -correlation which remains unresearched; as well as many others:

Are mergers announced on sunny days? Are earnings warnings put out on rainy days more likely? Any many more events which influence prices on the spot...,
