Why can't the Q-gang understand that little word "solely".
First thing is obviously to know where that word has been
used recently, next neuron connection needed to
figure out what it means in that context.

P.P.S. If one has two basestation along a highway and
can measure the delay from both to the handset, where
is it??
What is, in a rural desert, the receive level
to the next closest, third base station along the
highway??
If there is canyon somewhere, where the handset
still works, what is the chance that the base stations
could figure out the same, even if GPS doesn't work.
(remembering that canyons,mountians, etc has to be
considered when deciding on where to position the
base stations)
Is this easier with a FDMA/TDMA system or on a noisy
cocktailparty demanding very accurate power control?? |
