One more adapter to carry around with you? How much does it weigh, and is the performance the same with the adapter as with native SCSI?
I have done side by side comparisons of the parallel port and SCSI Zip drives, and in Windows 95, on a Pentium 100, the difference in speed is about 15-20%, not a great difference in my opinion, unless you are constantly transferring 100 MB single files back and forth all day.
