I love black beans with andouille. I only add a little over a 1/4 teaspoon of cumin because of the sausage being spicy enough.

I've ordered the sausage attachment for my KitchenAid......I do have an old fashion meat grinder that was my mother-in-laws but I like gadgets and thought I'd try it out.

Have you heard any folk having liked or disliked attachments like that?
