I use to be under stress. I just started taking life easy, instead of burning at both end, 'contentment' with circumstances and 'curtailment of self interest' has helped me remove many a stresses. In my busy life I have taken a lot of time out for fellow human beings like educating third world on the merits of global integration.

I am a very small player but I realised that lone star fighters burn out, if someone needs to play a long innings he/she needs to tear the pages that have 'betrayal and self motivation' printed all over and move on to pastures where like minded people may congregate to nourish the relentless pursuit of constructive code of life as our dear JT puts it.
