Hi all, it looks like I hit a real nerve... Probably those nerves are still raw from me hitting them over the years. Many disagree, but I feel employees should be paid a fair wage for their contribution to the company's success. Those wishing to participate in the appreciation of the company's shares can invest some of their salary and participate in the rewards or suffer the punishment along with all other shareholders. Those uncomfortable with investing can remain on the sidelines, collect a fair salary, and disregard share prices altogether. Cheers, PW.
