Bill, Sorry for the late response. Your arguments certainly have some merit. A number of other factors also contribute to the situation such as less parental interaction, rise of media influence on children, and the reduced ability of schools to discipline children. The problems of our public school system will not be easily solved. However, the primary responsibility for the children should be the parents. Regards Hammer
