Oh I see now. I only looked at the last 10KSB/A when I responded to your previous posts. That filing only shows up to December 2000, and this:

For the ten month period ended December 31, 2000

NET LOSS $ (26,735,233)
Basic and diluted loss per share (0.25)
Weighted average shares outstanding 105,490,686

But we'll be fair like you said, they made money last quarter, lol.
