I'm kind of relieved to hear that it wasn't my imagination that there was a link between the switch from Communicator to Outlook Express and the HUGE increase in spam. But three to four every few days? I get many times that, now that i've switched.

I agree that Optonline's tech support isn't great. Gateway sells their computer by making a big deal of their free lifetime tech support, but when you call them they say that it's a "how to" question, and for that you have to pay 1.95 a minute. The free support is only, they explain, if something is "broken."

Let me know what Optonline says about the spam problem.
