Some of it is the bridge loan, of course, Ed. Which they will apparently try and cover with the land deal and/or keep extending. The bulk is due in early 2003...some in midsummer 2003

I think it is worth noting that what is presently long term debt on the balance sheet becomes short term debt in 2002, and even the bravest speculators tend to notice that.
