I just read the insider trading report for last week. An insider shareholder(S) and a director (D) sold 8,117 shares on 5/29 at 19.52 per share. Total value of transaction was $158,474. It also is interesting to note that this sale was within a fraction of a point of its recent high. The following three days the stok drop about 2 points. I don't know what to make of this except that I will be reluctant to buy more.

This morning stock is up. As you suggested this will be a good sign, nevertheless, I am always conerned when insiders sell!

What is your take on this. Meanwhile I will call my broker, and report anything I find back to you.
