Monday down market bias -3 (on scale of -9 to +9)
Nasdaq res 2044/50/58 , support 2020/1988/73
Dow supports 10550/493.....10444 , res 10615/640/700
We are short at 2074 , will add to shorts at 2060 with stop loss at 2079. We think rate cut will be 0.25% , 0.5% is worse for markets than 0.25%
