Derek, Families, communities, and churches always accepted responsibility for and cared for the needy. Our government has robbed individuals of their MORAL obligation to be PERSONALLY responsible for those in need. Our government has robbed individuals of the JOY and COMPASSION of caring for those less fortunate. Our government has robbed the needy of the LOVE FELT by those who truly care and the GRATITUDE for it. Our government has robbed the needy of the DESIRE to do better. Our government has robbed us all. Although I try to choose my words carefully, many will not be able to comprehend what I am about to say.
