Also any and all sunspot activity should be taxed, even though we don't know the implications of it's activities. Furthermore we should attempt to move ice from the north in to the oceans to cool them from the underwater emmissions we don't know about. And lastly all farm animals & offending humans must have a cap affixed to their ass to capture the methane.
