Hi Tim, Thanks for your heads up on CMRC, I saw it last week, but wanted to look at the companies filings in detail
over the weekend. One guy I know who follows CMRC pretty closely, feels that the RD announcement to use
the SAP and CMRC software and services is a significant positive development. This is due to the very large
size of RD and there far flung operations. As co-CEO Plattner has pointed out SAP has a 15 year business
relationship with RD.

I was over reading the CMRC thread this weekend and so I see you folks are following CMRC pretty closely.
A good point was raised over there about the options that were cancelled and will be replaced sometime between
Oct 9th and Dec 7th. It's unlikely that CMRC will try to push the stock to high in front of that time window.

The 3 billion dollar euro set of transaction do by DCX last month appears to be significant, as it's more than
all of the business transacted on Covisant so far. But as CEO Hoffman has pointed out, it's taking much longer
to write the code and get the adoption and usage of this type of web based transaction system really going.

The toughest thing is very hard to get hard numbers on the actual mechanics and pricing structures that CMRC
has been developing with SAP, MSFT, Covisant etc.

we'll need to see if the shareholders vote to change the structure to a holding company.

I have a question for you, We know that CMRC will move from 1% ownership of COVISANT to 2% if they become
a Holding company....that's the carrot.

What is CMRC giving up or away, If CMRC becomes a holding company??

many thanks,

John
