A head's up. This morning Smith Barney has an interesting research piece, "FDA GOES HOSTILE" which cites that since FDA commish Jan Henney left early in the year, the FDA decisions have grown increasingly antagonistic towards the Drug industry. This has been manifested in a flood of non-approvable letters, and a slowed review process.
