Running Bull, FSI might as well look to buy someone to improve their situation. It sure does'nt look like anyone is banging down the doors to buy FSIl. That suprises me. If their book value is at around $10, would'nt they be a good canidate for a takeover? Especially if their products are as good as they are supposed to be. This sector has been down. Is'nt that the best time to buy a company? When the stock is down, but has great potential when things start to pick up?
