Thanks David : I was a new REIT (ex high tech investor burnt big time) 6 months ago and listening to you and other folks on the list I bought REI at 9.94 and PWI at 9.90 and have been very happy with my investments. If I were to commit $10k of fresh cash to market would 5k for NCE petro and 5k for SDT diversified trust be a good idea ? Looking forward to your comments. Best Regards Harry
