Fin, thread, watch, listen to the webcast.

It's good, having Capellas, Barrett, Winkler and Otellini. I'm in the Q&A now. UBS Warburg guy: "congratulations to both compamies." Any chance for a common architecture to allow multiple OSs, such as non-stop, Unix, and Windows OSs, e.g., in the same frame (box). Capellas: yes. Solution sounded to me a lot like Amdahl domains or IBM MHPG (multiple high performance guests). Facilities (CPUs, memory, I/O, in the server get temporarily assigned to a particular OS app, switching in and out of the various OS apps, kind of on an interrupt basis).
Dan Scovell of Needham & Co. asked if Compaq will use any other 64 bit server chips for other apps (obviously what he's searching for). Capellas: No, Compaq will standardize all 64 bit with Intel IA64.
Again, I strongly recommend you take the time to listen to it.
