Jim, what do we do now in regards to the indexes? Is it better to start opening some long index positions, figuring on that 2 day bounce, while the premiums are cheap? As luck would have it I am still holding 1/2 my put index positions from last week this minute. I am thinking on cashing out and turning long..for the bouncerooo, then go short again..

Those ORCL puts are my only upside-down position, that thing just hasn't broken down, as of yet, but I think they are doing a masterful job of distribution, which can't last much longer. There is a pretty sizable gap to reverse fill into 14.50

I hear some old hands saying if the FED cuts by 50 basis, things are worse than we think. That is troubling, 'cause if that holds true, study the Japanese markets the last 10 years, as we may be going there.
And a 1/4 cut ain't gonna be what the street ordered, so a sell-off might occur.

A very confusing situation unfolding....
