OT The ONT VP4 codec impresses me quite a bit (much prefer AXC's attempted business plan and assets though), so I checked out their board here a little bit ago. Zeev Head pointed out that ONT's big round of financing involved floorless convertibles. UHOH. At least Ed had the sense to incorporate that 2.5 floor on our redeemables. If floorless financing is ever a part of the AXC scene...doubt it ever will be..... wait for a holder manipulated rally and then HEAD FOR THE HILLS!!!!
